Formed out of a desire to deliver better offshore staffing, TRIO was created by management with experience at major BPOs. High turnover and lack of accountability drove us to build something better. At TRIO, our focus is preventing turnover and providing top-notch English-speaking staff for our clients. TRIO was established to address our own experience with offshore partners - poor English and constant turnover of employees. We set out to bring quality and stability to this business model that benefits both American companies and offshore talent. Our culture instills that employees "become the staff you would want to hire" and part of our client's team, buying into their growth and success.

After researching nations with quality English speakers and strong work ethics, we chose the Philippines as our primary destination. However, TRIO can hire talented staff from various countries based on client needs. Our focus is to provide better speaking and longer-lasting staff to our clients.

TRIO enables our team's success through SOPs that clearly set implementation standards for adoption. TRIO doesn't believe in the words Virtual Assistant or BPO employee, as they seek to become a long-term solution for our American clients, and a steady source of income for our Philippine staff.
